Internship/Graduation Support

Online | Nederlands & Engels Internship/Graduation Support
Are you an ICT student in semester 5 or doing your graduation internship in semester 8? Then you know that internships are a great opportunity to grow, but also that they can bring challenges. Whether it's collaborating with colleagues, carrying out your assignment, setting up a portfolio, or preparing for a presentation/assessment, sometimes you just need that little bit of extra support. That's why we offer Internship Support: dynamic and flexible peer coaching sessions specifically for ICT students.   What do we offer? Our weekly peer coaching sessions are there for you. In an open and safe environment, you can talk freely about what's going on, without the presence of teachers or internship supervisors. Here you will meet fellow students who understand exactly what you are going through, and together we will think about the best approach. Our experienced coaches, who know the world of ICT internships inside out, are ready to support you with practical tips and insights.   Why Internship and Graduation Support? During Internship Support, everything that concerns you is discussed immediately. There is no fixed schedule or blueprint, but rather space to address what is important to you. This is your opportunity to gain insight into your own approach, learn from others, and find immediate solutions to the challenges you encounter.   What can you expect? Immediate feedback: You can share your questions and experiences right away and receive useful feedback and advice immediately. Flexible topics: Whatever is going on—whether it's technical issues, communication with your team, or the progress of your project—everything can be discussed. Learning together: By talking to other ICT students, you will discover new ways to tackle problems and learn from the successes and pitfalls of others. Honest evaluation: You will have the opportunity to take a critical look at your own approach and discover where you can improve.   How does it work? The peer coaching sessions take place in small groups of two to four students. Each session is different and tailored to your needs. There is no set program; we discuss what is relevant to you and your fellow students at that moment. Our coaches ensure that everyone has a chance to participate, that the atmosphere remains relaxed, and that useful insights are shared. The language is adapted to the participants, so international students are also welcome, but everyone is given the opportunity to express themselves in the language they feel most comfortable with.
