As soon as you sign up for an introductory interview at Student+, your mail will enter our general mailbox to which all employees of Student+ have access. The person who will plan the intake with you will contact you by mail. When you and the employee of Student+ have spoken to each other, the Student+ employee will note this in a system which is visible to all your teachers at Fontys ICT. They will not see the content of what you have discussed, but only a note that there has been contact and with whom. The notes made during the conversation will be placed in a protected system to which only Student+ employees have access. This data will be kept for 1 year after you have unsubscribed, after that it will be deleted.
During the introduction interview you will be asked if you agree with this, of course there is plenty of time to ask questions about this. If you have any questions about this before the meeting please email us at Studentplus@fontys.nl.
